How does ordering from Beasts.to work?
After checkout, we’ll email payment instructions for your selected method. Once payment is confirmed, your watch moves to quality control (QC).
What does the QC inspection include?
QC takes about 3–4 business days. We check timekeeping, functions, and finish, then send photos and a video of your watch for approval before shipping.
When will my order arrive?
After QC approval, we ship via DHL or FedEx with tracking and secure packaging. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- United States & Europe: 12–16 business days
- Canada & UAE: 14–18 business days
- Australia & Japan: 14–20 business days
- Brazil & South Africa: 16–22 business days
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Our shipping service is designed to minimize additional customs charges. If a customs issue arises, we’ll reship your order at no charge or reimburse any customs fees you incur.
